Small parrot, body length up to 13 cm, tail 3 cm. Green plumage with orange «necklace» on a black neck, so it is sometimes called a necklace non -memorial. Yellowish chest, ubstrazniy-blue. His beak is black.
Lives in Central Africa, Liberia and Nigeria.
